Lamb
Diets that consist of lamb and rice have been used for cats with food allergies, although Marvistavet says the combination has recently been eliminated as an acceptable hypoallergenic diet.

Homemade Diet
You may wish to feed your cat a homemade diet. You should consult your veterinarian to make sure you are feeding her an appropriate amount of food that includes all of the necessary vitamins and minerals.

Hydrolyzed Protein
According to Marvistavet, a new approach is to use a diet of hydrolyzed proteins, which includes proteins that are reduced to small molecules that do not trigger your cat's immune system.
